Accommodation

  • What time can we check in and check out?

    he time of the Sake Ceremony is fixed so as to fit in with the brewery’s schedule. It cannot be moved to another time. Please check in between 14:30 and 15:00 (2:30 and 3:00 PM) to ensure you arrive before it starts. If you are running late, please call us.(Telephone number will be provided at the time of reservation.)Check out is at 10:00 (10:00 AM).

  • Can I send luggage in advance?

    Yes. Please pay for shipping in advance (not cash on delivery/COD) and write the name of the person who made the reservation (in katakana if appropriate) and date of arrival in the Notes area on the delivery slip before shipping to the address below.

  • Can I leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?

    Yes. Please ensure there is no money or valuables in the luggage as we cannot accept responsibility for these.

  • Can children stay at the hotel?

    Due to the large number of glassware and one-of-a-kind artifacts in the museum, it is difficult to ensure the safety of small children, and we do not allow children under junior high school age to stay in the museum. We appreciate your understanding.
    Children of junior high school age and older may stay at the hotel accompanied by a parent or guardian. In addition, due to the fact that alcohol will be served, persons under 20 years of age are not allowed to participate in the salmon ceremony.

  • Can I bring my pet?

    Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets.
    Please contact us in advance if you are traveling with a service dog, such as a guide dog.

  • Can I stay without dinner or breakfast?

    Currently, only half-board plans (dinner and breakfast) are available.

  • Can I go out when the staff is not available?

    You will be given a key to the main entrance so you can leave the building.

  • What time is the Okazaki Sake Brewery open?

    The Okazaki Sake Brewery’s store is open from 9:00 to 16:00.

  • Can I meet President Okazaki and Toji Okazaki?

    No commitment is made.

Cuisine

  • Can you accommodate allergies?

    We will accommodate allergies as much as possible. Please contact us at least 7 days in advance by phone or email. (Phone number will be provided at reservation.)

  • Can you accommodate vegetarians and vegans?

    We can accommodate your request in advance. Please let us know at the time of reservation.

  • Can I bring my own alcohol, drinks, and food?

    We regret to inform you that the current plan does not allow you to bring in other alcohol or food. We will provide snacks and other items in your room.

Rooms and Facilities

  • Is the hotel accessible?

    As the hotel is a restored traditional house it unfortunately does not have accessible rooms.
    Please contact us in advance if any guest needs additional support, e.g. due to limited mobility.

  • Is there a washing machine and dryer?

    No.

  • Is your bedroom a bed or a futon? Is it a futon?

    Beds are available.

Access

  • Is parking available?

    The hotel has free parking for 1 car. Please contact us if you need additional parking.

  • Is there a pickup/drop-off service?

    No, but we are happy to book a taxi or arrange for a driver. Please ask a member of staff.

  • Are there convenience stores or supermarkets near the hotel?

    There are convenience stores near the hotel.
    The nearest one is about a 5 minute walk.
