KURABITO STAY Terms and Conditions of Accommodation

Article 1: Scope of Application

Contracts for accommodation and related agreements between this facility and guests shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Any matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws and generally accepted customs.

Article 2: Application for Accommodation

Guests wishing to apply for an accommodation contract with us are requested to provide the following information:
・Guest name
・Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
・Other information deemed necessary by the facility
If any changes occur in the submitted information, guests are required to promptly inform the facility.
Consecutive night stays are not allowed.

Article 3: Conclusion of the Accommodation Contract

The accommodation contract is concluded when the facility accepts the application described in the preceding article.
Upon conclusion of the contract, the guest shall pay the full accommodation fee as a deposit by the date designated by the facility.
The deposit is non-refundable.
If the deposit is not paid by the specified date, the accommodation contract shall be deemed invalid.

Article 4: Refusal to Conclude an Accommodation Contract

The facility may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
・If the application is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
・If no rooms are available due to full occupancy
・If the guest is deemed likely to violate laws, public order, or good morals
・If the guest falls under any of the following categories:
<1> Organized crime group, gang member, associate member, or related party
<2> Corporation or organization controlled by a gang or gang member
<3> Corporation with officers who are gang members
・If the guest causes significant inconvenience to other guests or staff
・If the guest is clearly in poor physical or mental condition
・If the guest is clearly infected with a contagious disease
・If the guest makes violent demands or unreasonable requests
・If accommodation becomes impossible due to natural disasters, facility failure, or other unavoidable reasons
・If the application is made for the purpose of transferring the right to stay
・If the facility is otherwise permitted by law to refuse accommodation

Article 5: Right to Cancel the Contract by the Facility

If the guest does not arrive by 12:00 AM on the day of the stay without prior notice, the facility may consider the reservation cancelled by the guest.

Article 6: Use of Guest Rooms

Guests may use their rooms from check-in until check-out.
Even during this period, the facility may enter the room to take necessary action for reasons related to safety, hygiene, or operational management.

Article 7: Compliance with Rules of Use

Guests must comply with the rules of use established by the facility and posted on the premises.

Article 8: Business Hours

Business hours of facilities may be changed temporarily due to unavoidable circumstances. Any changes will be announced in an appropriate manner.
The facility shall not be held liable for any damages caused by such changes.

Article 9: Responsibility of the Facility

The facility will compensate for damages caused to the guest in the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements, except where the cause is not attributable to the facility.
Although we are insured under hotel liability insurance, certain exemptions may not be covered.

Article 10: Alternative Accommodation

If the contracted guest room cannot be provided, the facility shall, with the guest’s consent, arrange alternative accommodations.
If no such arrangement is possible and the facility is at fault, a compensation equivalent to the penalty fee will be paid.

Article 11: Handling of Deposited Items

The facility does not accept custody of items brought by guests, including cash and valuables.
However, if we are forced to accept such items (excluding cash and valuables), we will compensate for any damage caused by our negligence. Cash and valuables must be managed by the guest themselves.

Article 12: Storage of Luggage

If luggage arrives before check-in and prior approval has been given, it will be stored responsibly and handed over at check-in.
Lost and found items will be handled based on the owner’s instructions if known, or otherwise deemed abandoned and disposed of.
Perishable goods, food, tobacco, etc., will not be stored for hygiene reasons. Cash and valuables will be reported to the police after 7 days.
Other items will be stored for one month and then disposed of.

Article 13: Parking Responsibility

Use of the parking lot is limited to space provision only. The facility does not take responsibility for the management of vehicles.

Article 14: Guest Responsibility

If the guest causes damage to the facility due to intent or negligence, compensation shall be required.
A fixed fee of ¥55,000 will be charged for smoking in the facility, and up to ¥30,000 (excluding tax) for lost keys.
