We are happy to announce you that the renovation of Hiroshiki has completed!
The completion ceremony did follow the Shinto tradition that purified buildings and people. After that, a ceremony called “Kagami biraki” was held to pray for well-being and happiness(“Kagami” means “mirror”, and “Biraki” means “open”). Traditionally, the mirror has been a symbol of harmony. The mirror refers to the lid of the sake barrel. By opening the lid of sake barrel with wooden mallets, it is also means celebrating the first step to a new stage.
During these unsettling times, we are very grateful for having safely reached this day.We hope that covid-19 converges as soon as possible and we look forward to seeing you.
